Na het succesvol afronden van alle inhoud van de module Duurzaam horticultureel ontwerp van buitenevenementenruimtes en het verkrijgen van alle 5 certificaten voor de afzonderlijke leereenheden, volgt het afsluitende deel van de module. Na succesvolle afronding ontvangt u een certificaat voor de volledige module, die wordt gewaardeerd op 5 ECTS-studiepunten.

Vanwege de regelgeving inzake gegevensbescherming konden we uw geboortedatum niet verzamelen. U dient deze daarom zelf handmatig in te vullen op het afgedrukte eindcertificaat. Zo kunt u zich met een identiteitsbewijs legitimeren en bevestigen dat het certificaat van u is, wat het mogelijk maakt om het te gebruiken in diverse onderwijssystemen en bij de erkenning van nationale beroepskwalificaties.

De competenties die u in deze module heeft verworven, zijn duidelijk omschreven in het curriculum, dat beschikbaar is op de website samen met aanbevelingen voor docenten en opleiders

Zodra u dit gezamenlijke certificaat heeft, kunt u ook een officieel Europass-certificaat ontvangen.

Instructies voor het invullen van het Europass-certificaat

Volg onderstaande instructies zorgvuldig om het Europass-certificaat correct in te vullen. Vul het document zelf in en stuur het naar de projectcoördinator Arboretum Volčji Potok ter ondertekening. Het volledige proces moet in het Engels worden voltooid.

Steps:

1. Bezoek de officiële Europass-website: https://europa.eu/europass/en
2. Log in op je account of maak een nieuwe aan door te klikken op ‘Create an account’. Gebruik je e-mailadres.
3. Klik, zodra je bent ingelogd, op ‘Create CV’. Dit formulier gebruik je om je certificaatgegevens in te voeren.
4. Vul je persoonlijke gegevens in het Engels in: voornaam, achternaam, geboortedatum, adres, nationaliteit, e-mail, telefoonnummer.
5. Vul in de sectie ‘Education and training’ de naam in van je school en het programma dat je volgt of hebt afgerond.
6. Voeg onder de programmanaam de volgende opmerking toe: “Module HDS completed as part of Erasmus+ mobility, 5 ECVET points awarded.”
7. In de sectie ‘Skills’ kopieer je onderstaande competenties in het Engels.
8. Klik na voltooiing op ‘Export to PDF’, kies de Engelse taal en sla het document op.
9. Stuur het opgeslagen PDF-bestand naar het e-mailadres: matjaz.mastnak@arboretum.si.
10. Gebruik als onderwerpregel van de e-mail: Europass – module HDS.
