Ko uspešno zaključite celotno vsebino modula Trajnostno hortikulturno oblikovanje zunanjega prireditvenega prostora in pridobite vseh 5 certifikatov za posamezne učne vsebine, sledi še zaključni del modula. Po uspešno opravljenem zaključku prejmete certifikat za celoten modul, ki je ovrednoten s 5 ECTS.

Ker zaradi varstva osebnih podatkov ni bilo mogoče pridobiti vašega rojstnega datuma, ga boste na natisnjenem zaključnem certifikatu vpisali sami. Tako se boste lahko z osebnim dokumentom identificirali in potrdili, da je certifikat vaš, kar omogoča njegovo uveljavljanje v različnih sistemih izobraževanja ter pri potrjevanju Nacionalne poklicne kvalifikacije.

Kompetence, ki ste jih pridobili v tem modulu, so jasno opredeljene v kurikulu, dostopnem na spletni strani, kjer se nahajajo tudi priporočila za učitelje – izvajalce izobraževanj.

Ko imate skupni certifikat, lahko dobite še formalni Europas certifikat. Sledite navodilom.

Navodila za izpolnitev Europass potrdila

Prosimo, da natančno sledite spodnjim navodilom za izpolnitev Europass potrdila. Dokument izpolnite sami in ga nato pošljite prijavitelju projekta Arboretum Volčji Potok v podpis. Celoten postopek poteka v angleškem jeziku.

Koraki:

1. Obiščite uradno spletno stran Europass: https://europa.eu/europass/en
2. Prijavite se v svoj račun ali ustvarite novega z izbiro »Create an account«. Uporabite svoj e-poštni naslov.
3. Po prijavi kliknite na »Create CV«. Ta obrazec boste uporabili za vnos podatkov o potrdilu.
4. Vnesite svoje osebne podatke v angleščini: ime, priimek, datum rojstva, naslov, državljanstvo, e-pošta, telefonska številka.
5. V razdelku »Education and training« vpišite ime svoje šole in program, ki ga obiskujete ali ste ga zaključili.
6. Pod naslov programa dodajte naslednjo opombo: “Module HDS completed as part of Erasmus+ mobility, 5 ECVET points awarded.”
7. V razdelku »Skills« prepišite spodaj navedene kompetence v angleščini.
8. Ko končate, kliknite na »Export to PDF«, izberite angleški jezik in shranite dokument.
9. Shranjeni PDF pošljite na e-naslov: matjaz.mastnak@arboretum.si.
10. V zadevo e-pošte napišite: Europass – module HDS.
11. Za institucijo zapišite: Arboretum Volčji Potok, Slovenija.
12. Za odgovorno osebo zapišite: Director Matjaž Mastnak.
