After successfully completing all the content of the module Sustainable horticultural design of outdoor event spaces and obtaining all 5 certificates for the individual learning units, you proceed to the final part of the module. Upon successful completion, you will receive a certificate for the entire module, which is valued at 5 ECTS credits.

Due to data protection regulations, we were not able to collect your date of birth. You will therefore need to write it manually on the printed final certificate. This allows you to identify yourself with a personal document and confirm that the certificate belongs to you, which makes it eligible for use in various education systems and in the recognition process of National Vocational Qualifications.

The competences you have acquired through this module are clearly defined in the curriculum, which is available on the website along with recommendations for teachers and education providers

Once you have this joint certificate, you can receive an official Europass Certificate.

Instructions for Completing the Europass Certificate

Please carefully follow the instructions below to complete the Europass certificate. Complete the document yourself and send it to the project applicant Arboretum Volčji Potok for signature. The entire process must be completed in English.

Steps:

1. Visit the official Europass website: https://europa.eu/europass/en
2. Log into your account or create a new one by selecting ‘Create an account’. Use your email address.
3. Once logged in, click on ‘Create CV’. You will use this form to enter your certificate information.
4. Fill in your personal details in English: first name, last name, date of birth, address, nationality, email, phone number.
5. In the ‘Education and training’ section, enter the name of your school and the program you are attending or have completed.
6. In the ‘Skills’ section, copy the competencies listed below in English.
7. When finished, click on ‘Export to PDF’, select the English language, and save the document.
8. Send the saved PDF to the email address: matjaz.mastnak@arboretum.si.
9. Write the following in the email subject line: Europass – module HDS.
10. For the responsible institution, write: Arboretum Volčji Potok, Slovenia.
11. For the responsible person, write: Director Matjaž Mastnak.
